There is no doubt that the i3 MK3S+ produces amazing parts in its stock form, and when accompanied with the REVO-SIX, it becomes a force to be reckoned with, capable of meeting the demands and expectations of the most serious professionals.

olli3D is looking to expand and exceed those expectations with the release of our Fan Nozzle Kit, continuing to fulfill our promise to deliver products that maintain or surpass OEM part and print quality, and adds real world value to user workflow, but most of all a product that delivers a positive user experience.

The fan nozzle kit provides a more focused flow of air at the tip of the hotend. This engulfs the molten filament as soon as as it exits the hotend speeding up the cooling process of the filament before the hotend has a chance to start the next layer.

All the components that make up the kit are made from engineering grade resin. The fan nozzle is made from a high temperature resin capable of withstand the heat produced by the Revo Six and it is secured in place by six neodymium magnets with a combined pull force of 1041g.

The extruder cover and fan support are made from a rigid photopolymer that provides high print accuracy and exceptional surface finish.

What makes this nozzle kit so distinctive, is that it allows the Fan Nozzle to be pulled away from the fan and hotend within seconds, by just one quick pull from the hand—no tools needed.

The rapid removal of the nozzle provides five key benefits.

· No obstructed access to the hotend. Allowing for a proper quick nozzle change.

· It provides line of sight to the hotend when tuning in your layer height.

· Print high temperature materials without the nozzle attached, eliminating part collisions with the Fan Nozzle.

· Easy cleaning of the hotend after every print.

· Quick glance hotend inspections.
