Don’t let the size fool you, but this 52.47g kit is designed to address the inherit handicap of weight and speed when converting to a direct drive system. By replacing Creality’s 76.5g steel fan cage, along with the two fans, you will reduce the mass of the extruder assemble by 24.03g. This is an equivalent to 1 quarter, 7 dimes, and 1 penny. This weight reduction will allow you to step up your speed, while maintaining print quality (“Print Quality” is subject to personal preference). 

The kit comes with everything you need to do a professional installation and the best part is that there are NO modifications needed to complete the installation.

The main components of this kit, are the accessory mount and fan nozzle. These two key components are made from a high temperature resin and once cured, they become a rigid skeletal structure for the accessories. These inherent characteristics allow us the opportunity to design a compact ecosystem, focusing on what matters the most, which is cooling and mass reduction. The rigidity and thermal properties of these components will give you confidence to print for hours, knowing that they will not succumb to the heat produced while printing.
